Fruit Kabobs with Margarita Dip

Wash all the fruits thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized pieces if necessary. Make sure they are dry before skewering.

If you're using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes to prevent them from burning while grilling.

Thread the fruit onto the skewers in any pattern you like. Mix and match colors and flavors for a visually appealing presentation.

In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, lime zest, lime juice, and tequila (if using). Stir until well combined. Adjust the sweetness and tartness according to your taste.

If you prefer a grilled flavor, you can grill the fruit kabobs on a preheated grill for a few minutes on each side until they are slightly charred. This step is optional but adds a delicious smoky flavor.

Arrange the fruit kabobs on a serving platter alongside the margarita dip. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an extra pop of color and flavor.

Dip the grilled or fresh fruit kabobs into the margarita dip and savor the delicious combination of sweet, tangy, and creamy flavors!
