Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS 

1 Frozen banana thawed for 10-15 minutes ▢1/2 cup Skim Milk ▢1 cup Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt ▢1 1/2 tsp Flax Seed Meal ▢2/3 cup Frozen Blueberries

STEP-1

Cut your banana into small pieces.

Add bananas, milk, yogurt, and flax seed meal to a blender.

Blend for 5-10 seconds, until smooth.

Gradually add the blueberries while blending on low.
