Baked Salmon Recipe

INGREDIENTS

▢6 tablespoons olive oil ▢1 tablespoon lemon juice ▢1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley ▢2 teaspoons minced garlic ▢1 teaspoon dried basil ▢1 teaspoon garlic salt with parsley flakes ▢1 teaspoon pepper ▢2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets

STEP-1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

STEP-2

In a medium bowl mix olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, basil, garlic salt and pepper to create a marinade.

STEP-3

Place salmon fillets in a greased baking dish. 

STEP-4

Pour marinade over the salmon and turn to coat all sides, then place salmon skin side down.

STEP-5

Bake uncovered for 35 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

STEP-6

Serve immediately.
