Elevators
Each office tower is equipped with eleven (11) elevators as follows:
Eight (8) passenger elevators per tower, serving the lobby level through the 20th floor.
Two (2) garage elevators per tower, serving the lobby level through garage parking level P5.
One (1) service elevator per tower serving the dock level through the 21st (storage) floor.
All large deliveries, equipment, freight and bicycles must be carried on the service elevators. Circumstances requiring lengthy use of the service elevators (i.e. move-in, move-out, furniture deliveries) necessitate coordination of access through the Property Management Office with at least forty-eight (48) hours notice. Service elevators must be used at all times by construction employees and trades of a sullied nature.
