100 g panko breadcrumbs 2 tsp paprika 2 tsp chilli flakes 2 tsp nutritional yeast 1 tsp salt Cooking spray as needed 4 tbsp plain flour 200 ml oat milk ½ lemon, juiced 1 tsp garlic powder 2 tbsp light soy sauce 5 tbsp water 300 g firm tofu
In a big bowl, mix together garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes, soy sauce, and water. Put torn tofu pieces in this mix and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
In another bowl, mix flour, milk, and lemon juice.
In a third bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, paprika, chili flakes, nutritional yeast, and salt. Keep it aside for later.

Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil. Put the tofu pieces in the air fryer and brush them with oil. Set the air fryer to 205°C and cook for 10 minutes.
Follow any prompts from the air fryer to flip the tofu pieces. Keep cooking until they're crispy.
