White Chocolate Cranberry Cookie Recipe

INGREDIENTS 

1 cup brown sugar ▢1 cup sugar ▢1/2 cup butter unsalted ▢1/2 cup vegetable oil ▢2 eggs ▢1 tsp baking soda ▢1 tsp salt ▢1 tsp baking powder ▢1 tsp vanilla extract ▢3 cups all-purpose flour all-purpose ▢1 cup white chocolate chips ▢1 cup dried cranberries

STEP-1

Cream butter, oil and sugars in stand mixer (or with hand mixer in a bowl). Add eggs and beat until fluffy.

Add baking soda, salt, baking powder, vanilla and flour and mix until incorporated.

Fold in white chocolate chips and cranberries.

STEP-4

Scoop out dough with medium cookie scoop, roll into balls and place onto lightly greased baking sheet.

Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.

Add any more chips on top while warm.
