Lemon Rice Recipe

INGREDIENTS

▢1 cup wate ▢1 cup chicken broth ▢2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed ▢2 tsp butter ▢1 cup long grain rice uncooked ▢1/4 tsp dried basil ▢1/8-1/4 tsp lemon zest ▢1 1/4 tsp lemon pepper seasonings

STEP-1

In a saucepan on high heat, add all ingredients, except lemon pepper, and stir to combine.

STEP-2

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.

STEP-3

Cover and simmer until liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.

STEP-4

Sprinkle with lemon pepper before serving.
